Lisa Bliss Discovery Session Disclaimer & Terms of Agreement

By signing up for a discovery session with Lisa Bliss, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. No Guaranteed Outcomes
   Lisa Bliss and her team aim to provide support, insight, and guidance; however, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed. Each individual experience is unique.

2. Session Scope
   This booking entitles you to one initial session only. Ongoing or follow-up sessions are not guaranteed and are subject to Lisa's availability and discretion.

3. Scheduling Notice
   Due to high demand, it may take several weeks before your session is scheduled. We appreciate your patience.

4. Nature of Services
   The services provided are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. Lisa Bliss does not diagnose conditions, perform medical treatments, or offer professional counseling services. You agree to consult with a licensed healthcare provider for any medical or psychological concerns.

5. Spiritual Communication Disclaimer
   While Lisa may attempt to connect with spiritual guides or loved ones who have passed, such communication is not guaranteed and is outside of our control.

6. Code of Conduct
   Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to cancel any session or terminate the client relationship at any time, without refund, if behavior is deemed unacceptable.

7. Use at Your Own Risk
   You voluntarily agree to participate in this session and accept full responsibility for any personal, emotional, or spiritual interpretations or outcomes resulting from it.

8. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisa Bliss and her team disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your participation in a session.

9. Not for Emergency Use
   These services are not intended for crisis support. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact emergency services immediately.

10. Governing Law
    This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
